Libby Creek Recreation Area Adventures

Libby Creek Recreation Area is a forested outdoor destination located within the Kootenai National Forest near the town of Libby in northwestern Montana. Situated along the banks of Libby Creek, this recreation area provides a mix of conifer forests, riparian zones, and mountainous terrain typical of the Northern Rockies. The area features a variety of native flora such as Douglas fir, western larch, and lodgepole pine, and hosts abundant wildlife including black bears, white-tailed deer, and numerous bird species.
